Labocast Kenya guarantees the manufacturing quality of its prosthetic devices. Any work may be remade or adjusted at no additional cost if requested within the warranty period and accompanied by the return of the original appliance. Devices are produced to the prescribing clinician's specifications; the clinician remains responsible for clinical placement and indication.
If the impression or scan is unusable or clinically insufficient, we will tell you. You can then proceed with limited or no warranty, or send a new support to restore full coverage.

Is REALIGNER suitable for general dentists?
Yes. The protocol is simple: you send the impression, we prepare the whole treatment plan and support you at every step.
What impression should I send?
An intraoral scan (STL, PLY or OBJ) from any scanner, or a conventional impression of both arches.
How long do patients wear the aligners?
At least 22 hours a day, removing them only to eat, drink anything other than water, and brush their teeth.
How long does treatment take?
It depends on the case. The duration and number of aligners are stated in the treatment plan, before you approve anything.
What if a patient loses an aligner?
They go back to the previous aligner and you contact us: we remake the missing one.
How much does it cost?
The treatment plan is free. The price depends on the number of aligners and is shown in the quote sent with the simulation.
